1950's Madame Alexander Cissy walks a dog doll 🐕‍🦺🐕‍🦺

Madame Alexander Cissy Walks a Dog (circa 1950's)
Doll is in good/fair condition.  Her hair is slightly matted in the back from being in storage for several years, and she is missing a few eyelashes.  Her eyelids do open and close with no problem and her joints seem to be in good condition with no visible cracks or tears.
Clothing is in fair/poor condition.  The skirt has some tears in it and the petticoat is missing.  Her stockings seem fragile but are intact and the elastic on the pink shoes is stretched but are still able to be placed on her feet and stay in place.  The black shoes and hat are all in good condition.
Terrier Dog is in good condition, no visible missing fur, and the velvet lead is in good condition.
