JIM MORRISON "THE DOORS" LIVE CONCERT ORIGINAL HANDBILL FLYER &/or MINI POSTER
- 1970. 8.5" x 11". Black litho on thin pastel pink paper stock.
Original promo for May 10, 1970 performance at the "Baltimore Civic Center" in Baltimore, Maryland.
This "mini poster" displays a nice photo image of the band. Item was to be used as a handbill, flyer and/or window display for advertising purposes.
Condition - promo was obviously "inexpensively" printed, and therefore, several small thin black "cut lines" show as a result ("cut lines" are picked up by the camera lense and/or a copier after a graphic artist completes the "paste-up" or layout process. If these lines are not blacked out on the negative or corrected on the art board, then the plates for the printing press and/or the copier will pick these up and print them).
THIS IS AN ORIGINAL HANDBILL AND NOT A REPRODUCTION.
Condition is considered VERY GOOD
with mild surface/edge wear. Mild surface creasing with one minor "dog ear" crease on lower left corner. No tears, chips or separations.
Overall, this item would make an impressive frameable display (see photos).
