Perfume Poodle AntiquesHere is a very nice set of six Hazel Atlas Newport "hairpin" pattern fruit/dessert berry bowls
from the 1930s. Dark purple amethyst glass (actually called "burgundy" in the Hazel Atlas brochures). These are part of a spectacular Connecticut treasure trove of dishes, all wrapped in newspapers from the 60s and 70s. These are in beautiful near-mint condition with little to no signs of use. There are small discoloration in The bottom of each of these bowls in the form of small “X in “marks that are lighter than the rest of the glass. These are manufacturing flaws which are common in this line. I have pointed one out. They do not detract from the pieces but I did want to mention it. These are lovely and display nicely. Prompt and careful shipping is included.
