ASME 6" 2500# Raised Face Blind Flange Set

Description

One pair matching ASME carbon steel flanges. Used for one laboratory research project to evaluate various gasket performance under pressure over time. Never heated. Only pressurized using Nitrogen gas. Flanges and fasteners are all in excellent condition. No corrosion and no defects to the sealing surfaces. Upper flange has one (1) 1/4" NPT threaded hole (2" off center) through all used to pressurize flanges and accommodate pressure gauge, and one (1) 3/8" x 1"deep threaded hole (centered) to accommodate a lifting eye. Set also includes eight fastener sets, each set consisting of one (1) 2"x14" A193 B7 threaded stud, two (2) A436 hardened steel washers, and two (2) 2H heavy hex nuts. Lower flange has a 1/8"T steel plate and 6" pipe stand tack welded to the back surface. Pressure gauge, misc. fittings, and all other items shown in picture ARE NOT included. ONLY the flange set and associated fasteners are included. One flange and four (4) fastener sets will be strapped to each pallet and wrapped for shipment; total two pallets, each weighing approximately 475 lbs. Buyer arranges shipping and pays freight charges.
