These things are absolutely critical for the cell phone signal booster to work:
1. The Home 4G Lte Cell Phone Signal Booster could only work on 700MHz Band 12/17 frequency. Carriers use several bands throughout the US, but even if there is LTE service in your area, carriers may not be using the band 12 or band 17. So please confirm your phone is receiving the Band 12/17 frequency signal from the signal tower.
2. The home cell signal repeater booster supports Voice over LTE (also known as HD Voice),it won’t amplify older 2G/3G GSM/W-CDMA signal. So please make sure your phone supports both data and voice to be transmitted over the LTE connection (4G calls/VoLTE),and the function is on.
3. Make sure the Outdoor Yagi Antenna towards the nearest cell signal tower, and keep the distance between the outdoor yagi antenna and indoor whip antenna should be above 32ft and make sure a proper amount of physical separation between them (indoor walls or obstructions).

Installation Guide for Cell Phone Signal Booster:
1. Connect the 50ft Coaxial Cable to the Outdoor Directional Yagi Antenna.
2. Please kindly download Network Cell Info Lite (free app) to find out the nearest cell signal tower. (OpenSignal.com and SignalCheck Lite also provide the app). Once you ascertain the best location then permanently mount the Outdoor Directional Yagi Antenna.
3. Mount the cell phone signal booster device in your house where is near from the power socket,and have good ventilation.
4. Tightly connect the 50ft coaxial cable to the OUTDOOR port of the cell phone signal booster.
5. Tightly connect the Indoor Omni-Directional Whip Antenna to the INDOOR port of the cell phone signal booster.
6. At last,connect the power adapter to the signal booster.
Attention:
Carriers use several bands throughout the US, however this item will JUST improve the 700MHz band 12/17 signal. Even if there is LTE service in your area, your carrier may not be using the 700MHz band 12/17 signal. So please kindly confirm your phone is receiving the band 12/17 signal from your carrier's tower, or it won't improve the cell signal for your phone.

Make sure mobile data is on and the WIFI is off.
