How does the cell phone signal booster work?
The outdoor antenna receives and transmits signal from the nearest signal tower.
The signal booster amplifies signal both arriving and being sent to the nearest signal tower.
The indoor antenna retransmits the amplified signal inside the building.
Attention:
The cell phone signal booster will boost the cell signal from the cell signal tower to make it strong enough for your phone to actually understand. It will not be able to boost the cell signal if the outdoor antenna is receiving cell signal too weak or not at all.

These things are absolutely critical for the cell phone signal booster to work:
1. The Home 4G Lte Cell Phone Signal Booster will
JUST work with 700MHz Band 12/17 frequency
. Your carrier
uses several bands throughout the USA,
but even if there is LTE service in your area, your carrier may not be using the band 12/17,so please confirm your phone is receiving the Band 12/17 frequency cell signal from your carrier's tower.

The home 4G phone signal booster will boost 4G LTE data as well as 4G calls and text, please confirm your phone supports 4G calls also known as HD Voice/VoLTE,and the function is on. It won’t amplify older 2G/3G signal.

The cell signal booster will not be able to boost the cell signal if the outdoor antenna is receiving cell signal too weak or not at all, so make sure the Outdoor Yagi Antenna towards the nearest cell signal tower,and could receive receive 2-3 bars of stable signal at the place where the outdoor yagi antenna is mounted.
4. Keep the distance between the outdoor yagi antenna and indoor whip antenna should be above 32ft and make sure a proper amount of physical separation between them.

Make sure mobile data is on and the WIFI is off
Apple iPhone:
Dial *3001#12345#* and press Call, if it shows "Field Test"
Step 1. Click Serving Cell Info
Step 2. Click Freq Band Indicator
Apple iPhone:
Dial *3001#12345#* and press Call, if it shows "Main Menu"
Step 1. Click LTE
Step 2. Click LTE Neighbor Info, you will find freq_band_ind
Android Phones:
Download and install the app: LTE Discovery/ SignalCheck Lite/ Network Cell Info to find the band
Installation Guide for Cell Phone Signal Booster:
1.Connect the 50ft Coaxial Cable to the Outdoor Directional Yagi Antenna.
2.Please kindly download Network Cell Info Lite (free app) to find out the nearest cell signal tower. (OpenSignal.com and SignalCheck Lite also provide the app). Once you ascertain the best location then permanently mount the Outdoor Directional Yagi Antenna.
3.Mount the cell phone signal booster device in your house where is near from the power socket,and have good ventilation.
4.Tightly connect the 50ft coaxial cable to the OUTDOOR port of the cell phone signal booster.
5.Tightly connect the Indoor Omni-Directional Whip Antenna to the INDOOR port of the cell phone signal booster.
6.Connect the power adapter to the signal booster.
