    This is a stylish fashion hat combo for Cissy and same size friends (20"). The hat is a black Horse hair straw crown with an applied off white brim and net drape. I've wire the brim to keep the shape. The crown is decorated with a red silk spray with rhinestone accent. The hat has been sewn and molded into this shape. The matching 2 tone bag has a strap handle and corsage. It will come with a hat pin. Just beautiful! I make all my hats from vintage materials, some newer, NOS and recycled. I shape each one by hand.
