These Cissy Doll Cancan Rick Rack Slips and Matching Panties feature vintage taffeta. The slips have elastic at the waist with crinoline ruffles both on the inside and outside of the slip edged with almost 7 1/2 yards of rick rack. Rick Rack trims the lower edge of the slip and on both the inside and outside of the crinoline ruffles. This slip can be worn under any full-skirted dress or skirt. This slip will give your Cissy outfits the bouffant look she needs to look oh-so-chic. These slips are custom created by RubieMae of Forget Me Not Dolls using the same measurements as the original Rick Rack slips.
