    At top right hand side of page, just below “Pay Now” there is a icon “ More actions”. Click the down arrow to reveal
    the actions.
    Click on “Request total” (Please note, that shipping cost will still be high.)
    When I receive the request for the invoice, I will adjust the combined shipping and send you the invoice.
