This pellet mill can be used for home or small businesses that want to start studying the market of small-scale production of wood pellets or biomass as fuel.
The machines for making wood pellets are an ingenious way of production that do not need additional materials, such as steam or binding agents. Simply add milled wood chips or sawdust and the machine will do the work producing pellets.
This machine is shipped with the user's manual and toolkit for operation and lubrication. The machine includes one flat Die to produce 6mm diameter pellets (industry standard) and the length of pellets can be adjusted to the user's requirements.
We also have available for sale a selection of dies to produce pellets with the following diameters: 2.5mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 9mm, and 10 mm.

Every machine comes with its own installation manual so you can set it up fast and start producing your own biomass fuel, even if you have little or no experience. Your purchase also comes with a free gift: a maintenance tool kit that includes an extractor and a lubricating oil bottle.

Limited Warranty
Our pellet mills are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 90 days after delivery.  The warranty does not cover "consumable" wear items such as rollers and press. Users are responsible for paying the replaced parts and relative charges. The warranty does not include costs associated with the repair of damaged units determined to be caused by improper handling and/or operation. If any components are damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately.
SHIPPING
NOTE: The shipping and handling time for this machine is approximately eight 8-10 weeks to most U.S. locations. Shipping to any major port worldwide is free. You will have to pick up from the port or port warehouse in some cases you could be picking up in a warehouse in your city. Door to door shipping is available and we will quote upon request.  Shipping will not include your country port handling or import tax if any apply.
