Fireplace Brass Peacock Screen Decorative Vintage Gargoyle Victorian Folding *

Description

This is for a wonderful Vintage French brass "peacock fan" full size fireplace screen. It looks lovely open and yet still very decorative when sitting closed. This lovely piece has an ornate design and is two sided with a decorative gargoyle mounted in a raised motif, holding a ring in its mouth. It also is adorned with a Finial/handle on top for carrying that is decorated with dragons.
This folding screen can be closed and locked when not in use and or to store. The intricate detail of the filigree cut-out screen creates an amazing reflection and is very light catching.
The Base measures approx. 4" inches in depth with an Art Deco, Neoclassical, Hollywood Regency feel to the design. The total height with the handle is approx.                27 inches tall and the fan when open has a width of 37 inches.

Majority of my items for sale are pre-loved treasures that were most likely purchased at a local Estate Sale or a local resale shop in Arizona.  I may or may not know details but do spend time researching information to provide details the best I can and to pass along fair prices.

I do Not except returns or exchanges unless I erroneously forgot to declare a Major flaw. Remember most items will show wear.
Assume items are preloved and or vintage and such can have its own idiosyncrasies due to age alone and normal wear and tear. Remember vintage items have been used and will have small issues like surface scratches and age appropriate wear. I will show any major issues in my pictures as they are part of the description.

If an item is damaged in shipping you agree to hold onto the item, box and packing materials until the claim is processed and I will need you to take any necessary pictures to file with the carrier.

I STRONGLY believe in reusing and repurposing of mailing materials,
thus your item maybe packed in a previously used box and/or wrapped with previously used materials.
