Description
This small production machine is ideal for grinding grain. It does not require prior conditioning, so can you easily make flour out of wheat, corn, rice, expeller, etc.
You do not need to be a specialist or be a savvy machine operator to run this machine. It is very simple to use.
How does it work?
The grain desired to be processed is added at the top of the machine, on the feed hopper.
The grain enters gradually inside the machine, where two grinding rollers crush the grain and then push it down to the bottom of the machine.
The crushed grain enters the bottom canister (a bin-shaped container), where the small particles are separated from the large ones. The flour with the proper micronage falls through the lower opening of the bin, while the bran with higher micronage, falls through the side opening of the canister.

Our pellet mills are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 90 days after delivery. The warranty does not cover "consumable" wear items such as rollers and press. The warranty does not include costs associated with the repair of damaged units determined to be caused by improper handling and/or operation. If any components are damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately.
SHIPPING
NOTE: The shipping and handling time for this machine is approximately eight 8-10 weeks to most U.S. locations. Shipping to any major port worldwide is free. You will have to pick up from the port or port warehouse in some cases you could be picking up in a warehouse in your city. Door to door shipping is available and we will quote upon request.  Shipping will not include your country port handling or import tax if any apply.
