HAZEL ATLAS #1 BUTTER DISH CRISS-CROSS PATTERN EXCELLENT VINTAGE

Description

Just in time for ‘baking season’, a classic #1 butter dish from Hazel Atlas in impeccable vintage condition. The historic criss-cross pattern dates from the 1920/30’s when glassware manufacturers began producing items for the then-brand-new refrigerators coming on the market. A nice feature, this particular butter dish has another life as a covered container.It measures 7 x 3 ¾ x 3 ¾ inches.
Close to 100 years old, this example is in great shape-no cracks, dings or chips; the slight evidence of wear in two places on the bottom/lid (see photo) is visible onIy upon close inspection. The dish displays beautifully.  Shop now for a great addition to a kitchen or a collection.
