This is a brand new water plug washer. If your tank has the metal screw-together 2 piece plug this is for you. This is a larger, high quality Neoprene - unlike the cheap skinny rubber original one. Simply unscrew the nut inside the tank by tapping on the tabs with a flathead screwdriver and small hammer to remove the original plug. Then scrape off the old rubber and rust, put this one on and re-assemble. That same screwdriver will get the old gasket and rust out of the groove on the plug. Tighten the nut inside the tank with the same screwdriver and hammer method.
