    This is a stylish fashion hat combo for Cissy and same size friends (20"). The hat is an Ivory synthetic open crown Cloche with applied Horse hair edge and net scarf. The crown is decorated with a silk Rose spray in soft red with rhinestone accent. The hat has been sewn and molded into this shape. The matching bag has a strap handle and corsage. Very pretty! I make all my hats from vintage materials, some newer, NOS and recycled. I shape each one by hand.
