    Lot (178) antique 1920's Czech button jewelry making impression dies master hubs
    These can still be used for press molding glass buttons, cabochons, beads or jewelry findings, art design, home decor or for general hobby crafting with metal, clay, resin, plastic, plaster, leather or soft metal. These are sought after by crafters who make resin molds, plaster molds, silicone molds, food molds, polymer clay molds and jewelry molds from them as well as button and cabochon molds. The set weighs in at around 17kg or 37lb

    These are  collectible unique steel impression die negatives, originally for use in the production of press molded glass buttons, beads or cabochons. The negative was intricately hand-engraved and was used to create the actual mold in a softer metal that would then be set in long metal pliers and used to hand press fancy glass buttons, beads or cabochons.
