Madame Alexander 1956 Cissy in her Dancing Dress

This is a beautiful blonde #2025 Cissy in her original pink dancing dress. She is highly sought after in this condition.  Her arms are still pink and supple. There is a factory flaw in one arm that is pictured. She is tightly strung with what appears to be original bands. The body is in un played with condition. There are no splits or cracks. Her eyes are still clear and a beautiful blue. Her upper eyelashes have had some repair and her blush has been enhanced and sealed. The painting of her lips, bottom lashes and eyebrows is original and still looks fresh. Her hair retains it's original shine and style with original flowers.
The lace bodice is intact with no holes.  There is some small age discoloration on one shoulder.  (see photo) There was a hole in the skirt netting about the size of a dime,  That section was removed and re sewn.  The side photo of Cissy shows that the repair is undetectable.  There is a small snag in one of the folds of the pink satin sash. The flowers are on the skirt are in beautiful original condition. The dress has never been laundered.  The elastic in her pink taffeta panties is just slightly loose. She has her original stockings, heels and hang tag.  Though she has had some minor restoration, she is an outstanding example of this Cissy and a prize for any collection.
