Madame Alexander SLW Wendy "Majorette" of 1955, #482 - RARE

Here is another one of my gems that it pains me to part with. She's in beautiful condition! I'm pretty strict in grading; I agree with the books. Mint is supposed to mean the doll looks just as she did the day she was manufactured.
My baby girl has some staining areas on her hat, and some pin holes on her panties and one area of her skirt. She's a straight leg walker and you need to swing her legs broadly to see her head turn. Still, she's "minty" on display. The back of Wendy's triple stitched wig will have to be re-trained to fall in line with the curls along her neck. Her taffeta collar is bent upwards. Still, these minor issues are insignificant upon display.
Speaking of display, I have done so with her in my smoke-free home away from direct sunlight. She has no odors.
I paid 0 for Wendy many years ago at the Gaithersburg doll show. Thanks for looking. I want someone who will love her as I have! Stand will be included 👍
