Madame Alexander Vintage 1950s eta Cissy Doll Tagged Dress.
This Cissy has on her lilacs taffeta dress, which needs to be leaned. I find no major damage/tears, but there are some spots and an overall limpness. She has matching lilac heels with clear glittered heels. Her dress is tagged in the skirt seam. The bodice is lined. She has on rayon panties, which may be originals. The waist elastic is stretched. She has on a lilac pearl necklace. A diamond ring is on her finger. Her hair is a warm brown. The front set is original. I think the longer part has been pulled into a low pony tail.. I believe it needs to be reset into soft flipped curls. Her blue eyes do not close all the way. The left eye is missing some eyelashes. Her pieced earrings are missing. The left earlob has a pink discoloration. Her head is a bit floppy and I’m sure she needs to be restring, as she has been sitting on a shelf for the last 10-15 years untouched. Her legs still bend. With just a bit of freshing up she will be a fantastic looker.
