Madame Alexander's Sophisticated Cissy in her tagged #2043 of 1956

Description

Sophisticated Cissy in her tagged Black Velvet Torso (Mermaid) Gown.   Looks to be original to the doll.  Her face and hair have not been refreshed.  Cissy's body and gown have no rips, tears, holes, bites, splits.  All of her rose buds are present on the gown.  Her eyes are not so blue anymore and her arms have aged with time.  Cissy is wearing her fancy earrings and black lace gloves.
Her shoes and hose are fine.
Please keep in mind that this doll is possibly seventy years old, and it is not going to look like a new doll.  Time and oxidation change appearances, and dolls are played with by children.  I do not strip the dolls down to nudity because the clothing can tear in doing so.
