Mobile Speaker HSN4031B for Motorola APX, XTL radios - Tested

Up for sale is this Motorola HSN4031B Mobile Speaker. It was removed from local police car when the Police department upgraded their radios. The speaker comes with two wing nuts, but no mounting bracket. The speaker wire was spliced. I checked all the speakers with an ohm meter and all passed. Please see pictures.
