I always try to note (if there are) any flaws or defects in items. I do sometimes sell items from discount stores, and have found a few items with marking in inside tags to prevent returns.  Does not affect wear of clothing and can not been seen from the outside of clothing.

Returns
Item must be in same condition as sold. New items must be unopened, and all tags still on. Used items will have a tamper proof tag on them also, and tag must be on to return item.
