How Does the EZ 4G Work?
Coverage area varies based on existing signal at the window
1-2 Bars ~ 500 square feet
3-4 Bars ~ 1,000 square feet

EZ 4G is designed for locations that have cellular signal where the window antenna is placed.
As with all signal booster products, EZ 4G cannot create signal where there is none. Instead, the antenna captures existing signal, amplifies it and rebroadcasts the boosted signal to an area of otherwise poor or non-existent coverage. Finding a location with consistent signal that the window antenna can capture is important and will improve the performance of the system.
Indoor coverage area is directly related to the existing signal strength available at the window location.
Please note:
If there is weak signal at the window location, we recommend a kit that includes an outside roof antenna to capture a stronger signal, such as the Fusion4Home.

We conduct a full test of operability where possible. We test for ‘power only’ for some items if it is not feasible to perform a full operability test. We always test items for power and battery power.
We inspect hundreds of items a week and do our best to accurately describe and/or illustrate the condition and completeness of each item through pictures and descriptions.
If we miss something that is critical to the operation/purpose of the item that is
not
one of the common conditions stated above, let us know and we will absolutely resolve the issue to your satisfaction very promptly - preferably WITHOUT filing a case through the Resolution Center. The Resolution Center will actually slow the process down.  I am committed to nothing less than your satisfaction. I am ready and willing to resolve any situation swiftly.
