    You are bidding on a new, open box CB Noise Canceling Speaker made by Opek, Model 7-12.  The speaker measures about 4.4 inches square and has a 4-inch heavy duty speaker.  The connector is a 3.5mm plug attached to a 10 foot cord.  Speaker comes with the mounting bracket and screws.
    I placed the actual speaker inside a Ziploc bag to protect it during shipping.
