    This is an adorable fashion hat for Cissette. The hat is an off white Cloche with an open crown and Navy edge. Decorated with Vintage cloth and silk flowers with rhinestone accent. The hat has been sewn into this shape and molded. Just beautiful! I make all my hats from vintage materials, some newer, NOS and recycled. I shape each one by hand.
