You don’t even get your own unit back. If you want your own unit back plan on 6-8 weeks.Ozonics will only replace your ozone coil one time. After that they expect you to discard your old unit and purchase a new one.
The Ozone cell of the Ozonics HR-300 is basically a UV light bulb. It only has a life of 2-3 seasons and its ozone making ability starts to decrease from the first day you turn it on. Ideally, it should be changed every year if you want to keep your unit running like new. If your entire coil is not glowing purple you are not getting the full benefits of using your unit. Time to change your coil.
This listing is for the ozone cell for the Ozonics HR-300. Very easy to install. Remove 5 torx screws on the outside of the case. Remove 2 nuts that hold the Ozone cell and install the new cell.
