This is a stylish fashion hat combo for Cissy and same size friends (20"). The hat is an off white Horse hair straw with an applied Crin brim edge and net drape. I've wire the brim to keep the shape. The crown is decorated with a pink silk Rose spray with rhinestone accent. The hat has been sewn and molded into this shape. The matching bag has a strap handle and scarf. It will come with a hat pin. Just beautiful! I make all my hats from vintage materials, some newer, NOS and recycled. I shape each one by hand.
