    Description

    This is an adorable fashion hat for Cissette. The hat is an off white horse hair Garden Party with a net drape and applied Crin brim edge. Decorated with Vintage pink Cabbage Rose spray with rhinestone accent. The hat has been sewn into this shape and molded to fit her head. Just beautiful! I make all my hats from vintage materials, some newer, NOS and recycled. I shape each one by hand.
