Some stuff is new some stuff is old. Most of the brass is new. All the copper is new. Some of the metal parts are vintage. One of the tape rolls is almost full and the other is about half full.

This is a general statement to all my listings. There are some new items in the package. Most of the items that I sell are used.
My used items will more than likely have scratches on them. Most of the tools are cleaned with a wire wheel on the bench grinder. Most items are also well lubricated and inspected before they are listed on eBay.
Hardware and parts are also cleaned and inspected if necessary.
Anything that requires electricity is also tested before it goes on eBay. Anything that does require electricity also will have a video showing that it works.
