    Description

    This is a pretty fashion hat for Cissy and same size friends (20"). The hat is a blue silk petal Cocktail/Fascinator with rhinestone "brooch" at center. Some of the petals have a tinge of Orchid at the tips. Fitted with an elastic strap to keep it in place. Just beautiful! I make all my hats from vintage materials, some newer, NOS and recycled.
