    Description

    This is a stylish fashion hat and bag combo for Cissy and same size friends (20"). The hat is a pink felt covered Bandeau with a Vintage black velvet edge. Decorated with a Vintage spray of pink and black feathers at one side with rhinestone accents. Held in place with an elastic strap.
    The matching black felt bag has a straw strap handle at back with rhinestone accents. Just beautiful! I make all my hats from vintage materials, some newer, NOS and recycled.
