Here is a tagged green velvet swing coat for your vintage Madame Alexander Cissy doll. It will also fit similar 19-21 inch dolls such as Miss Revlon, Dollikin, Sweet Sue Sophisticate, and Belle Margie.
The green velvet coat is a well-known Cissy classic. It is in very good condition. I see a few specks of dust (which I will remove!) and a few folds from storage. The velvet is not rubbed around the folds. It will take some gentle steam to remove them. The white taffeta lining is clean and in excellent condition. The tag is in also very good condition and is clearly legible. The color is vibrant and not faded.
A nice piece for Cissy's closet.
