TAGGED MADAME ALEXANDER CORSET FOR VINTAGE CISSY, OTHERS

Description

This is one of the lovely corsets made by Madame Alexander for your vintage Cissy doll. It should also fit similar 19-21 inch dolls such as Miss Revlon, Dollikin, Sweet Sue Sophisticate, and Belle Margie.
The vintage corset is made of pink satin embellished with wide ecru lace down the front, tiny lace along the neckline and gorgeous lace around the bottom. There is a small pink and spring green ribbon rose on the front. It has a working zipper down the back. The pink, loop-edged elastic straps have stretched out. There is still some stretch left in the elastic, so it might be possible to shorten the straps to make them functional again. I should note that the garment stays up without the straps! The satin is unblemished and the lace is in excellent condition. The corset is tagged, "Cissy" Madame Alexander.
