TWIN TWINS (2) Vintage 1950s MADAME ALEXANDER Wendy ? Margaret ?  WALKER 17 Inch Clear Green EYEs Light Hair. These two doll are almost identical other than the hair color, one is blonde and one reddish. I took pictures of the hair as it is the only thing that isn't matching on the dolls. They have really beautiful green eyes with lashes that close and open well from laying to standing.
They have hinges and the elastic inside is loose but intact. They both have some crackling in places on the paint and some fabric indentation on the paint as if they were stored in an attic. I think that is why they are missing the dresses as you can tell the hair is still intact with pins, so I think when they noticed the fabric indenting the paint, they took it off. Both are marked on the upper back with "alexander" and still have the blushes on knees, hands, and face. The only chipping is on one doll arm and I show pictures and one fingernail also shown on the right doll but it is hard to see in person and in photo. These would be adorable made up as twins for twins!
