    This is a stylish fashion hat for Cissy (20"). The hat is a veiled Vintage red velvet covered Bandeau. Decorated with Vintage red/black feather spray and rhinestone "brooch" accent. I used Vintage dotted veiling. Held in place with an elastic strap. Just beautiful! I make all my hats from vintage materials, some newer, NOS and recycled. I shape each one by hand.
