Vintage 1950s Madelaine Madame Alexander 18” Doll Vinyl/Plastic Tagged MA Dress. Condition is “Used”. Shipped with USPS priority mail .00. From a non-smoking home.
• The head is vinyl
• The body is plastic
• On the back of her head she is marked Alexander
• She has some wear and marks
• Her joints work well, a bit loose
• Her eyes open and close well
• The dress is tagged 18” Tall Madame Alexander All Rights Reserved New York, U.S.A.
• As pictured, the purple dress appears to have had a tag cut off
• The underwear are probably original
• Way under one of the arms of the dress there is an area that appears to have been repaired, like a hole
• Other than that and then the pieces having some wear and the purple dress having a very small stain on the front towards the bottom, they are in pretty great condition
*  The vast majority of the items have been in my home for many years, some up to 30. Some were purchases along the way, and on eBay in the last 10 years or so.
*  I am sorry that I am not able to describe these items in better detail, my grandmother knew this stuff backward and forwards but unfortunately she is no longer with us.
*  Nothing I have is a museum piece, these were just collected through the years from all over the place, mostly doll shows and doll shops in Texas.
*  Most of these items are from a collection that spanned 50 years, many of these dolls may have been touched up, repainted, repaired, etc.  Some I can tell and some I just don't know.
*  I am no expert on the
originality
of clothes, hair, accessories etc. Please looks at the pictures and go from there.
*  Items are from a non-smoking home.
* I will combine shipping in most cases (as long as the auctions end in the same few days), just wait for the auctions to end and contact me.
* I have sold stuff on and off for over 20 years on eBay, under this same name.  If there is a problem please contact me and I will try to work it out. This is not something I am doing just to make a quick buck.
*  Shipping can be expensive, please keep in mind that the actual cost paid to the post office is not the true cost, eBay includes that amount when I am charged fees which is around 13%, If you win an auction and you get your item and you feel your were unfairly charged then contact me about a refund. I loose money on shipping at times, it just comes with the territory.
* I have a very large collection and I intend to list a lot of items in the near future. I have way more items than I can probably ever list.
