A Beautiful 195820" Cissy Doll
In Tagged Outfit #2120
By Madame Alexander
This Cissy is in excellent condition. Her face, makeup, and body have passed the test of time and seem without any condition issues. Her bobbed red hair retains its original sheen and style. She is a really nice doll, and from a non-smoking environment.
Her tagged #2120 dress has lost some color to age issues, and there is a tear in the lining of the bodice, but it still presents nicely. She comes waiting to be loved. Everything in the pictures is included.
Just a lovely Cissy!
She does have the factory design quirk noticeable with earlier Cissys: Her sleep eyes don't like to close all the way when you lay her down because they designed the neck to protrude up into the head to the point where it wants to touch the lead weight. But when you play with her head position, the eyes do close all the way.
I am listing a large number of Cissy clothes & accessories, as well as some other lovely Cissy dolls. Yes! I can combine shipping to save you money --
provided you do not pay
until you receive a combined shipping invoice. To see everything I still have listed at this time, search eBay for:

IMPORTANT:
Besides the noteworthy issues mentioned above, EXPECT any vintage dolls and clothes/accessories to have normal signs of age. Doll bodies may have minor scuffs or fading/spots to the body, minor loss of hair (wig, lashes), etc., and clothing/accessories may need a touch-up or needle and thread here and there. This is all normal for all vintage Mid-Century dolls; it is to be expected.

RETURN POLICY ON DOLL LOTS...
]
It is with deep regret that -- after 14 years selling on eBay, and with 100% positive feedback -- I've had to change my return policy on dolls to "NO RETURNS, AND NO PARTIAL REFUNDS."
As often happens, it's the few bad apples out there who ruin it for the rest of us. These dishonest people will buy a doll, then try to improve or restore it ... not knowing what they're doing. And then, when they realize they've ruined the doll, they return it saying it was defective. Or else they keep the doll and demand a "partial refund" based on the alleged defect -- which is another trending scam on eBay.
I sell these dolls for a living so,
my sincere apologies to you
-- the honest majority of eBay buyers -- that I can no longer afford to accept doll returns. (Of course,
shipping loss or damage
is a different matter; that is fully covered by insurance.)
BUT HAVING SAID ALL THAT ...
I do bend over backwards, attempting to disclose any noteworthy condition issues I can find or think of. But these are antique and vintage dolls -- so, please understand that
they won't be in brand-new condition
. There will always be some minor indication of their age, and it would be impossible to itemize every single pinhead-size stain on the outfit, or hairline scratch on the body. Please expect these types of conditions with old dolls.
