    Available here is a 1970s vintage preowned United States Postal Service (USPS) peaked cap worn by letter carriers.  This attractive hat is rarely seen for sale and features brass buttons with the USPS Standing Eagle logo introduced in 1970.  The color is navy blue (though my images may make it look lighter) with a glossy black bill.  I
