    This is a stylish fashion hat for Cissy and same size friends (20"). The hat is a Vintage black velvet leaf Cocktail/Bandeau with rhinestone "brooch"
    . Fitted with an elastic strap to keep it in place. Just beautiful! I make all my hats from vintage materials, some newer, NOS and recycled. I shape each one by hand.
