This is a gorgeous fashion hat combo for Cissy and same size friends (20"). The hat is an all Vintage wide brim candy pink Cellophane straw with a net drape. The crown is decorated with a large spray of Vintage cloth, velvet and silk flowers, velvet leaves and rhinestone accents. The hat has sewn and molded into this shape. The matching bag has double strap handles and matching scarf. Just beautiful! I make all my hats from vintage materials, some newer, NOS and recycled. I shape each one by hand.
