Mint.   Vintage original 21 inch Madame Alexander Portrait doll clothes.  "Toulouse Lautrec" hat. Style #2250.  I think this is from the 1980's.    Black straw with pink feather. Elastic chin strap intact.  About 7 inches long.  NOTE: Gown auction listed separately.   Also perfect for other 20 to 21 inch fashion dolls including: Miss Revlon, Sweet Sue Sophisticate, Nannette, American Character Toni, Dollikins, and more.
