    This is a stylish fashion hat for Cissy (20"). The hat is an all Vintage green straw Pillbox with a green flocked dotted net drape. The front is decorated with a Vintage variegated Lilac spray with rhinestone accent. The hat has been sewn and molded into this shape. The matching bag has double strap handles and matching corsage. Just beautiful! I make all my hats from vintage materials, some newer, NOS and recycled. I shape each one by hand.
