This is a stylish fashion hat for Cissy and same size friends (20"). The hat is a Vintage Fascinator with a Peachy/pink Horse hair Crin body. Decorated with a mix of silk and cloth flowers with rhin
estone accents. Fitted with an elastic strap to keep it in place. Just beautiful! I make all my hats from vintage materials, some newer, NOS and recycled. I shape each one by hand.
