I have had this doll for over 35 or 40 years.
Hand sewn nurse (or Nun) outfit. Please look closely at pictures for details. While I was trying to take pictures, Her arm bands broke so I didn't want to take them out of the dress to photograph.
You can see her shoulders are not cracked and I don't feel anything weird on the arms.
Her head is wobbly as well.
