Vintage Madame Alexander Cissy - Pink Striped Street Dress - Tagged

I sold my Madame Alexander Cissy doll several years ago and just recently came across her dress. I have washed it in vinegar and baking soda, but I iron badly and didn't want to risk doing damage to it...so it has a few wrinkles.
I looked it over carefully in the sunlight. I might have missed something, but as far as I can see, there is only light yellowing on one side of a sleeve cuff. I also saw the smallest yellow spot above the cuff, but can't see it in the photo. Just be aware that it's there, please.
I think it was supposed to have a black ribbon bow at the neck line and a belt. I don't have those.
