    Description

    Welcome to my auction for this VINTAGE MADAME ALEXANDER CISSY outfit from 1957. My doll is just modeling the outfit.This tagged outfit is sometimes called "Ripples of Rhythm" (from a phrase in an Alexander catalog description). Underneath is an original yellow lace petticoat (reinforced elastic) with matching panties (stretched elastic & tears in regular places). The dress has a cameo (often missing) at the neckline and a black grosgrain ribbon sewn to the dress and ties in the back. The dress color is still vibrant. The taffeta fabric is in good condition
