Vintage Madame Alexander Romper or Sunsuit, Lissy?

I must confess, I've never seen this before and I'm not positive about my identification.  It certainly looks like a Madame Alexander with its tiny light blue print cotton, delicate lace, and simple design.  The construction techniques also look consistent with MA manufacturing.  The elastic is completely shot at the top and in the legs, the waist ribbon seems shorter than I would expect and the whole piece looks like it's had a lot of love.  It's too big for Cissette, so I think it much belong to Lissy.  I'm hoping someone out there knows and wants to give this little piece a loving home.
I do have cats at my smoke-free house and it is likely that a stray hair may accompany items I sell.  If this presents a problem for you, please consider not bidding on my items.
