This is vintage Madame Alexander Wendy as a Sailor.  She is stunning.  Believe her to have matte finish facial coloring.  High color.  Hair is perfect.  Outfit is gorgeous.  Darling face.  Top is tagged.  Matching socks. She is a bent knee walker.  Tag is crisp.  Fuzzy bottom shoes.  Store new.  Very hard to find in this condition.  Exceptional.
