    Description

    This is a stylish fashion hat for Cissy and same size friends (20"). The hat is a Vintage veiled pink feather full Bandeau with rhinestone "brooch" and Birdcage
    veiling. I used 2 shades of pink feathers. Fitted with an elastic strap to keep it in place. Just beautiful! I make all my hats from vintage materials, some newer, NOS and recycled. I shape each one by hand. I have a 30 year archive of Millinery supplies to pull from. All from my smoke free home. Please see my other hats and accessories listed.
