Vtg 4 pcs Dress & Petticoat & Shoes Made for Madame Alexander Cissy Type Doll

This is a beautiful Homemade or custom sun dress with a matching nylon petticoat made for a 20" Madame Alexander Cissy or other fashion Doll.  The top is a velvet type fabric (It is a separate blouse) with the bra under and the skirt is a felt fabric. It has a pocket with a hankie in it.  It is beautifully made. The shoes have loose elastic. There is one dark spot on the skirt, as seen in the pictures. There is so much detail in this vintage dress.
The doll is not included. I bought a bunch of dolls and clothes from an estate and the lady was an awesome seamstress and I will be listing many clothes and Madame Alexander dolls in the future and will combine shipping.
